This philosophy is at the essence of our new TC and therefore receives the name of Revolution™ Maxima. We have considered all aspects of the workflow of CT and we have worked to simplify, streamline, automate and apply advanced technologies such as AI, to the extent possible with the aim to completely transform the experience of TC.

In the precise place, in the shortest time

Undoubtedly, all patients are at risk of being positioned incorrectly. The bad placement of a patient can lead to an increase of the dose up to 38 %¹ and an increase of the noise of the image by up to 22 %². The problems associated with the positioning are difficult to solve because it can be derived from a combination of variables, among them, the lack of uniformity of a flow of manual work, the discomfort of the patient and the experience of the technician.

Our innovative system automatic positioning by AI automates this step completely. The camera Xtream used technology for accurate detection in real-time to generate a 3D model of the patient's body. Then, using our algorithm of deep learning, Revolution Maxima located the 3D center of the scan range and it automatically aligns with the isocenter of the tunnel. With a single click, the automatic positioning uses all this information to automatically center on the patient without the need for intervention.

The automatic positioning speeds up the preparation of the patient and, what is more important, it allows technicians to focus on what is comfortable.

Automation hands-free with a single click

Revolution Maxima simplifies the process of preparation of the patient. The innovative technology of automatic centering is the basis of our experience with improved browsing, but it starts with the recommendation of related protocols. The system compares the description of the test with the database of scanning protocols and a short list of protocols to choose from. The search for the appropriate protocol and the manual positioning of the patient in the tunnel, before they had a time very precious, can now be done with a quick selection and one-click.

Includes everything you need

Our goal is to provide you with a CT scan pre-loaded with all the essential functions to obtain the required information with the appropriate image quality within a wide range of clinical needs. Based on our supply chain, from image acquisition Clarity, Revolution Maxima provides a spatial resolution of 0.28 mm³ and makes the images of 40 mm to be a part of your routine.

It also has our software leader in reduction of the dose, the ASiR-V™. This advanced software reconstruction of modeling of noise and objects allows you to obtain images, consistent with a dose reduction of up to 82 %⁴ in comparison with the reconstruction of images with filtered back-projection. These basic technologies combined will provide everything you need to diagnose correctly the first, and with the lowest possible dose.

Therefore, we have developed a set of intelligent applications for cardiac procedures and cancer, strokes, and metallic artefacts.

And every step of the process is important. You must take into account the rapidity with which it is prepared a scan, the ease with which you can use the tools for the same, and the efficiency with which you can generate a report from the acquired images. A CT that works tirelessly behind-the-scenes

This application creates a digital model custom of the tube, the system and the usage profile by using a combination of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and technology analysis of software called Digital Twin. With this model, digital Tube Watch can predict when it will be necessary to replace the tube. This is just one of the many ways in which Revolution Maxima improves their capabilities to the fullest.
